This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training from our agency.
Role Description
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients protect what they’ve built and plan for what’s next. You’ll deliver personalized insurance and financial solutions, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth by offering products that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business – Identify opportunities, present tailored insurance and financial products, and close sales with confidence.
  • Consult with Clients – Provide expert guidance on life insurance, retirement planning, and long-term protection strategies.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships – Establish trust through personalized service, consistent communication, and dependable support.
  • Stay Ahead – Remain informed about market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements to best serve your clients.
  • Collaborate for Growth – Work closely with agency leadership and team members to meet and exceed production goals.
Qualifications
  • A sales-dominant mindset with 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
